Sarah's Story

I am fundraising for the Community Trust. 11 years ago I got severe pancrititise and i now have to wear an oxygen mask at home most days. 6 years ago i caught sepsis and shouldn't be alive. I have had so many health problems and want to show to myself i can do this. What better way to do it here...
